• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into the company's performance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to optimize cash flow and maintain financial stability.
• Develop and monitor budgets, performing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Management and General Ledger.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Audit, and Financial Statements.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ethical standards.
• Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
