Supervise the handling(processing) of all APCPC disbursement transactions such as:

• Purchase Order (advances) subject for liquidation
• Purchase Order of various vendors
• Requested advances from various employee subject for liquidation
• Rent, bills and utilities
• Credit card transactions
• Related freight, releasing & duties & taxes billings & liquidations (international shipments shipments)
• Related freight charges of third-party logistics such as Ibc, 2go, fedex etc.
• Petty cash replenishment of various employee
• Liquidation of various employees
• Government compliance payments

• All other expenses not stated above
• Other A/P duties
• Do monthly/quarterly summary report related to bir compliance to be submitted to external audit once approved by department head
• Online payments monitoring of various vendors and printing 2307
• Reconciliation of advances to employees, suppliers & affiliates if all close accordingly
• Month end reconciliation & closing

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting.
