Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs to provide tailored design solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and feedback.

Sales & Negotiation

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service quotations.
• Ensure clear communication of project scope, budgets, and timelines.

Market & Industry Awareness

• Stay updated on design trends, branding, and digital marketing.
• Research competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
• Provide insights to the creative team on emerging client needs.

Account & Sales Management

• Maintain records of sales, proposals, and client interactions.
• Monitor payments and collections for smooth cash flow.
• Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies..

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing services.*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and a team player
• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus!
• Willing to be trained
