Descripción

  • The role involves scheduling drivers and vehicles based on client needs and approved routes, serving as the main point of contact between clients, drivers, and management for operational concerns.
  • It also includes assisting with driver trip logs and attendance records.
  • Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule is preferable.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with dispatch or logistics systems is a plus
