Client Profile: A well-known Japanese food company that has been providing quality products and services to both retail and foodservice customers in the Philippine market for over seven years.


Position: Account Manager (B2B)

Industry: Distributor Company

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 50,000 (Negotiable)

Schedule: Monday– Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 AM)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • At least 2 – 3 years of Sales experience in the food distribution industry
  • Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) development, specifically with cafés and bakeries
  • Knowledgeable in driving four-wheel vehicles; must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to attend face to face interview
  • Amenable to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes strategic food sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned markets.
  • Analyzes market trends, customer preferences, and emerging food concepts to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
  • Conducts engaging product tastings, culinary demonstrations, and persuasive presentations that highlight quality, flavor, and value.
  • Creates customized menus, recipes, and sample products aligned with customer needs, dietary trends, and cost targets.
  • Works closely with culinary, R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
