Descripción

  • Knowledgeable in GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC BIDDING 
  • Knowledgeable in I.T INDUSTRY
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services effectively.
  • Monitor contract performance, service delivery, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and site visits to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate terms when needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on account status, activity, and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings and presentations.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings or site visits if needed.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
