Descripción

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to support product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by capturing and channeling client feedback to Product and Development teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting, Product, and Channel teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and achievement of expected MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upgrade revenue through increased product adoption.
  • Provide strategic account management to drive client engagement and product value realization.
  • Accurately manage CRM (HubSpot) and other systems to ensure real-time data visibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to provide insights and strategic guidance to clients.
  • Share best practices and continuously improve internal processes and client success methodologies.
  • Become an expert in the company’s F&B and Retail software solutions to effectively educate and support clients.


Requisito

  • Open to any course (preferably degree in Business Management, or related fields.)
  • Two positions available Senior and Junior Level:
  • Senior Level: At least two (2) years experience in client success, account management, customer service, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS or tech company experience).
  • Junior Level: No experience required but knowledge in SaaS or tech company is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; can think strategically and act tactically
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Technical teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce; confident in maintaining accurate data
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in Mosaic’s products and solutions
  • Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
  • Knowledge of the F&B, retail, or entertainment industries is a plus
