GENIUS GLOBAL IMPORT AND EXPORT CORP. (GGIEC), engaged in the importation and sales of petroleum products, aims to serve as a catalyst for the Filipino nation’s desired further modernization.
GGIEC, which is established and registered as a corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 11th of July 2018, is a brain-child of its founding President and Board of Directors and Incorporators Chairman NATHANIEL JAY P. RAMIREZ, who, with the collaborating Corporate Officials, ventured in this line of trading business — importation, supply and distribution of petroleum products — in response to the Philippine Government’s current and future fad – trending programs, “Build, Build, Build” and Expand, Expand, Expand”.
At an inset, GGIEC focuses in the expansion of its network both in the areas of sourcing and resourcing of supplies due its importation; and in searching and researching of suitable facilities for the storage, marketing and distribution of its commodities. Apart from its Principal Office operating at the District Commercial Center inside the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in Zambales, (Philippines), it has a Field Extension Office located in the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, (Philippines).
In March 2019, GGIEC established and opened an offshore sister — company — the Russian Federation — based GENIUS GLOBAL PETROLEUM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (GGPLLC).
Founding President and Chairman, NATHANIEL JAY P. RAMIREZ, heads the entire current operations of these companies being the Board of Directors and Incorporators Chairman and the duly elected President and Chief Executive Officer of the GGIEC – Philippines; and President and Chairman of the GGPLLC – Russian Federation.
In time, GGIEC shall emerge prime in its kind, vital in its form and supreme in its generation — a springboard towards onto becoming a composite in achieving success in building the Filipino Nation.
