Position: Polish Speaking IT Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Polish Language
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course / Undergraduate / Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
  • Computer & internet savvy (Windows & Internet navigation)
  • IT or Technical Support experience is a plus (not required)
  • BPO experience is an advantage


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries on hardware & software concerns
  • Install and maintain computer systems and network applications
  • Respond to clients via phone or email
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Manage, prioritize, and document service desk tickets
  • Escalate complex IT issues when needed
