JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 applications such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure SQL, and API development (REST/ODATA/SOAP)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Develop workflows, plug-ins, and web resources to automate and enhance business operations
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate
• Develop and maintain APIs and manage backend database systems for optimal performance
• Participate in Agile development processes and stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies
