What you'll do:

Engage with qualified leads who have expressed interest in our Web3 project. Build trust through 1-on-1 conversations, explain the project opportunity clearly, handle objections, and guide interested parties through the partnership process. Leads are provided — your job is to convert.

What you'll earn:

Performance-based compensation. Base engagement fee plus uncapped commission on successful conversions, paid bi-monthly in USDT via imToken. High performers consistently exceed the base. This structure rewards results, not hours.

What we're looking for:

• Background in sales, BD, or investor relations — especially in Web3, crypto, or fintech
• - Proven track record of 1-on-1 deal closing via chat or call
• - Comfortable explaining investment opportunities and handling tough questions
• - Reliable, self-driven, available for daily follow-ups
• - Good English; any additional language is a plus
