About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze workforce data, forecast staffing needs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency within our BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze workforce data, including employee turnover, recruitment, and training metrics.
Forecast staffing requirements to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust staffing plans as necessary.
Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement workforce strategies.
Prepare regular reports on workforce metrics and present findings to stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar role within the BPO industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
