Position: Mandarin Warehouse Management Trainee

Location: Pasig City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Receives training and performs duties in different designations such as warehouse, inventory, and operations department. Monitor and assist overall warehouse operations.
• Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
• Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management
• Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.
• Assist import and export process ( from purchase- transit- arrival in warehouse). Inbound and outbound monitoring of stocks & shipments
• Coordinate with suppliers for govt mandated permits for importation
• Warehouse safety and government compliance
• Handling Warehouse staff and standards
• Can do admin-related work
• Translating Mandarin to English and vice versa files.
• Able to do employee engagement with Foreign Nationals
• Can assist the Manager in client meetings locally and internationally.
