Description

  • Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs, requirements, challenges, and business priorities to effectively position company products and supplies.
  • Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive long-term customer loyalty and resolve any issues and problems.
  • Collaborates with internal teams.
  • Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
  • Creates and implements strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion within assigned accounts and develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned areas.
  • Gathers, reports and communicates customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
  • Plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Achieves sales goals, targets and KPIs.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that may impact client relationships.
  • Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
  • Other Duties:
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. With at least 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role and has demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within key accounts
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Strong communication and people skills, adept at simplifying complex marketing ideas for client understanding
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
