- Manage and organize the company's administrative data.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and incoming messages.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed.
- Input and update data in the system or spreadsheets.
- Schedule and arrange meetings or agendas for leadership.
- Assist in the digital filing of documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams or clients online.
Requirements
- Having administrative experience or a similar role is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Communicative and responsive via email, chat, and remote work platforms.
- Possessing a stable internet connection and work equipment (laptop/computer).
