Description

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media in a polite and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Providing explanations, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the sales team in processing order approvals through the merchant system via the workflow system.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to management for improving customer service.


Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school or equivalent.
  • Male/Female (Female preferred), aged 18 to 55 years.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to solve problems.
  • Must have a personal mobile phone/laptop for work purposes.
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure.
