Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Social Media Producer. The Social Media Producer will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, producing engaging video content, developing content strategies, as well as writing and curating content. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the production team, monitoring social media analytics, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.



Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly creative and data-savvy Social Media Producer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital content creation. You’ll be responsible for producing both short-form and long-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.


You should be comfortable writing, shooting, editing, and optimizing content—while also using content analytics to refine and improve performance. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and clients to create branded content that aligns with business goals and communicates clearly to audiences.

Reports To: Head of Content



Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Produce original video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.

• Write scripts, develop storyboards, and lead the content production process end-to-end.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze performance metrics like average watch time, retention, and click-through rate (CTR).

• Use data to improve content effectiveness and guide creative strategy.

• Stay current on platform trends and algorithm updates to inform production.

Branded Content & Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create content that reflects brand voice and messaging.

• Execute creative campaigns and deliver high-quality branded content that drives results.



Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Basic to advanced understanding of sponsored content, paid ads, and media buying on platforms like Meta, TikTok, or YouTube.

• Experience in livestreaming content creation or production.



Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media content production or a related field.

• Strong portfolio of content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

• Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Strong grasp of content analytics and how to use data to inform creative decisions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients.
