Role Overview:

We’re on the hunt for elite Global Sales Agents — high-energy, results-obsessed professionals who live and breathe sales. In this frontline role, you'll be the powerhouse fueling our global expansion, proactively engaging with potential clients, sparking meaningful conversations, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales efforts across global markets, identifying leads and converting them into loyal customers.
  • Deliver persuasive, value-driven sales pitches tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets — no exceptions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM, ensuring visibility across the sales cycle.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead and maximize sales opportunities.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced BPO or global sales environment.
  • Exceptional English communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities, with a natural talent for building rapport, influencing decisions, and closing deals with confidence.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales quotas.
  • Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, GHL), with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work across various shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and public holidays to support global client demands.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a backup internet provider are required.
  • Work-from-home setup with a quiet, professional environment.
  • Preferably residing within Metro Manila for logistical convenience and potential in-person engagements if needed.
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments, adapts quickly, and performs at peak levels under tight deadlines
