Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Provide product feedback and market insights to management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
