  • The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring that all office procedures run efficiently.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity within the office.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
  • Provides clerical and administrative functions in the Sales Department.
  • Assist in handling office requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Man Truck and Bus Center, EDSA Muñoz, Quezon City
