Description

PURCHASING

  • Proactively monitor system inventory levels and product run rate, Issue Purchase orders to suppliers / distributors
  • Ensure constant supply of inventory for all stores. Canvassing and price negotiation
  • Tracking and monitoring of deliveries from suppliers, Monitoring of pricing of competitors to be used as basis in canvassing
  • Forecasting and Stock Replenishment, Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, Assist with the Inventory Management of the stocks, Perform other work related to Purchasing that may be assigned

ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Assist the Team in monitoring and managing influx of customers, Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Assist in handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Update and summarize the sales output of the account managers daily. Coordinate and facilitate all meeting schedule requests by a sales representative thru MS Teams, Webex, Grand stream IP Video talk, Viber, and or Skype. Update and monitor demo schedules, demo units, and its result from the Sales representatives Update and monitor Job order requests, calendar schedules, and results from the Technical Service Center. Monitor all disseminated New/Potential accounts to the accounting department.

Requirements

  • A graduate of any degree is okay
  • Preferably with experience in sales and admin; with work experience in Purchasing and Accounting is an advantage.
  • With good customer and communication skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • With good organization, administration, and time management skills.
  • Willing to work in Malate, Manila
