Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in importation and import sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and understanding the complexities of the importation process. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for imported products.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client acquisition, and post-sale support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling imported goods.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with the importation and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents to management.

Provide expert advice to clients on product selection, including specifications, pricing, and availability.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective customer service throughout the sales process.

Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and market conditions affecting import sales.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on importation and/or import sales.

Strong knowledge of the importation process, including customs procedures and logistics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
