  • The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the office. This role involves interacting with clients, guests, and employees, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

    • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
    • Ensure a comfortable waiting area for visitors.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
    • Take messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery.
    • Manage general email inquiries and forward to the appropriate team member.

    Requirements

  • -Good with customer service is an edge
  • -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
  • -All gender are welcome
  • -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • -18 years old and above
  • -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • -Physically fit
