The role

• Responsible for the quality of software deliveries
• Development of test strategies, test plans etc.
• Continuous identification and implementation of quality improvements
• Definition and review of quality criteria
• Test automation of End2End business processes
• Ensure non-functional requirements are satisfied e.g. performance, security & usability
• Drive quality improvements in development team
• Run quality focused meetings e.g. triage calls & defect reviews

You should possess:

• Prior experience as a QA engineer, Software Engineer in Test, Test Automation engineer, Developer, leveraging software QA tools and processes.
• Prior experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI testing, Automated testing, Test driven development strategies etc.
• Experience in Agile framework, unit testing libraries/framework (JAVA based)
• understanding how and where testing fits in CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in cloud-based testing is a plus
• Experience in building testing environments is a plus
• Understanding of the technologies in Spring Stack
• Experience in designing and implementing automated testing infrastructure.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative manner
