Description
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and assist in resource management.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and productivity.
- Preferably with Line Leader Production Experience
- Willing to learn and adapt to the environment
- Willing to be assigned in FPIP Sto Tomas Batangas
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in production settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and manage team performance.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced production environment with potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
