Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of safety among employees.
- Collaborate with management to improve safety procedures.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project leadership, effective planning and forecasting skills, and knowledge of quality standards.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct safety audits, implement safety protocols, and lead training sessions.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in a production environment with potential exposure to hazards.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and a team player.
