Description
- Operate and monitor machinery in a production environment.
- Ensure product quality by performing routine inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist in training new operators as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in machinery operation, basic math, and quality control processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate production machinery, conduct quality checks, and maintain safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require shift work and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability.
