- A Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. They ensure production processes run smoothly, maintain quality standards, and follow safety protocols to meet company goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production equipment efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
- Experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
