  • Assist in managing production schedules and inventory records.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of production-related data.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in production or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong abilities in process improvement, system design, project leadership, forecasting, and transportation management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production schedules, support project management, and enhance transportation efficiency.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional on-site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and a team player.
