We are seeking an experienced Go-to-Market & Product Enablement Manager to design and execute the materials, processes, and insights that make PopAI’s products ready for market — from messaging and positioning to sales enablement and collateral development.


Role Overview

The GTM & Product Enablement Manager will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and business development, translating complex technical capability into clear, compelling commercial value.


You will develop PopAI’s go-to-market frameworks, messaging architecture, product brochures, sales decks, and enablement toolkits that empower our teams and partners to sell confidently and consistently. You’ll also conduct persona and market research to ensure that each product launch or campaign lands with the right audience, tone, and positioning.


This is a highly strategic and creative role — ideal for someone who combines storytelling ability with analytical rigour and B2B marketing experience.


Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning statements for each PopAI product (AgentiX, Opera, PopApps).
  • Build and maintain customer-persona maps and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for each product and segment — BPOs, enterprises, governments, and partners.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor, industry, and market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and refine messaging.
  • Work with product and sales leadership to plan product launches and GTM timelines; coordinate all internal and external readiness activities.

Product Enablement & Sales Collateral

  • Create professional, on-brand collateral including product brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, and technical overview sheets.
  • Develop battle cards and objection-handling guides for sales and partnerships teams.
  • Produce pricing overviews, partner commission matrices, and FAQs covering SLAs, uptime, data security, and compliance.
  • Build detailed case studies and success stories demonstrating tangible client outcomes.
  • Manage the creation of technical slipsheets and whitepapers explaining PopAI’s hybrid-cloud architecture, data handling, and security posture.

Internal & Partner Readiness

  • Design and deliver internal enablement sessions and toolkits so every team member — from business development to executives — can articulate PopAI’s products consistently.
  • Support partner enablement by producing partner onboarding kits, co-branding templates, and joint value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with Events and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints (press releases, presentations, events).

Branding, Voice & Design Oversight

  • Build and enforce our brand tone of voice, visual identity, and content standards across all materials.
  • Partner with design and content vendors (or internal designers) to ensure materials are visually compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a centralised, accessible library of all sales and marketing assets with clear version control.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or sales enablement, ideally in technology, SaaS, AI, or BPO sectors.
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience producing professional sales collateral, presentations, and written content for enterprise audiences.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, channel/partner programmes, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in presentation design and familiar with tools like PowerPoint, Figma, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
