Description

The Senior Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across departments while driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee supply chain readiness, manage subcontractor capability, and ensure operational processes support business growth and service excellence.


Operational Oversight & Efficiency

  • Supervise the daily operations and workflows of multiple departments.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase worker efficiency and operational productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits, root cause analyses, and process reviews to identify performance gaps.
  • Lead corrective action planning and process streamlining initiatives.


Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Coach, train, and upskill teams to improve both technical and soft skills.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance using field KPIs and metrics.
  • Administer timely performance appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.


Resource Planning

  • Ensure readiness of company resources and subcontractors to meet project and market demands.
  • Collaborate with service, project, and HR teams to align manpower and capability planning.


Strategic Initiatives & Problem Solving

  • Contribute to subcontractor strategy and selection to ensure scalability and quality of service delivery.
  • Lead or support company-wide improvement campaigns and growth-oriented programs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for department-level concerns and operational roadblocks.
  • Propose and implement innovative methods to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with top management.
  • Coordinate with HR on disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager on performance and key initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of departmental goals with broader business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8–10 years in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in operations leadership, managing multi-functional teams.
