Description

  • Assist prospective tenants with inquiries, property tours, and application processes.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements and related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information and leasing activities.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Handle tenant communication, including maintenance requests and payment reminders.
  • Update property listings on various platforms and assist with marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet leasing standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or real estate is a plus.
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, property management software is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
