The Project Manager manages key client projects that are either Full Turnkey or Managed Services. Project management responsibilities include the planning, orchestrating, coordination, successful execution and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects. The Project Manager responsible to build, monitors and executes a realistic project plan. The responsibility includes but not limited managing the performance of the assigned resources, and proper communication of the progress of a project and escalates concerns to appropriate stakeholders internally and externally.
Determine and define the project plan, project scope and objectives
Manage resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Coordinate and manage any Change Requests of clients
Track project costs to execute project within budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Identifies project risks and execute a plan to mitigate them
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and adjust as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Escalate issues and opportunities to direct lead or proper channels
Organize and facilitate meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Requirements
Education I Special Studies
Degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science, Business Administration or Management
Experience and Competency
Knowledgeable in developing and tracking budgets o First-level management of a small team
Coordination of staff and internal resources
Participation in tender process (design, submission, and review)
Capacity to manage stressful situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
