The IT Implementation and Program Manager will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with our goals. You will act as our software and system implementation lead, working as liaison between the IT team and the business, facilitating the flow of information and requirements and ensuring that technology investments launch on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an eagerness for solving problems, a strong curiosity, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will collaborate globally with cross-functional teams and multiple business units.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with business and IT leadership to develop IT strategies, identify projects, and prioritize them based on criteria like return on investment and needs assessments

  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals, and translate those needs into technology requirements

  • Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify specific requirements for the new system

  • Install, configure, and customize systems and software to meet the stakeholder's specific needs

  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion

  • As needed, manage data migration from existing systems to new platforms

  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation and provide ongoing technical support

  • Ensure that IT systems are documented, maintained, and licensed, and that data protection and backup systems are in place

  • Develop change management training and materials when introducing new products, features, tools, and implementations

  • Facilitate the transition process by communicating effectively with stakeholders and addressing potential resistance to change

  • Provide guidance and support to teams, and collaborate with the helpdesk function to facilitate user support

  • Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to help business units improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and project information to relevant staff

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage relationships with external providers

  • Communicate effectively with non-technical users to understand and address their concerns

  • Log and track business requests using project management tools (e.g., Jira)

  • Collaborate with other IT staff and teams to resolve issues

  • Relay user feedback and concerns to relevant teams

  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and other third parties

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology OR equivalent years of work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology implementation, systems, or related technical roles

  • Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing stakeholder needs and project requirements

  • Solid understanding of ERPs, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including its features, functionalities, and technical specifications

  • Experience with Microsoft software including Active Directory, Admin Center, Exchange, and Microsoft 365

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment

  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English (both verbal and written)

  • A strong service-oriented mindset with an ability to empathize with stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders and manage their expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users, both verbally and in writing

  • Interpersonal Skills comfortable with navigating ambiguity and making decisions when there isn’t enough information

  • Having a growth mindset with a desire to learn, stretch, and help others advance in their careers with you

  • Ownership and accountability in all your work and an ability to deliver on-time to business stakeholders

  • A self-starter with a sense of curiosity to ask questions and find novel solutions to problems
