Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with posting job openings and sourcing candidates on various job platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and operation managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and conducting initial orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and tracking systems.
  • Prepare, file, and retrieve documents as needed for employee records.

Timekeeping

  • Oversee timekeeping processes to ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, overtime, and leaves.
  • Ensure all timecards are submitted and processed on time for payroll.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in attendance records.
  • Monitor employee schedules to ensure proper coverage and compliance with working hours regulations.

Payroll

  • Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll, including deductions and adjustments.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and provide detailed payroll information when required.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in administering compensation programs, including salary adjustments and bonuses.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate information and smooth processing of employee benefits.
  • Support employees with benefits-related inquiries and guide them through enrollment or changes.
  • Manage employee leave tracking and ensure compliance with company policies regarding benefits.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.

Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments and claims.
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks such as open enrollment and employee leave tracking.
  • Support employees with questions related to their benefits and assist them with claims and disputes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including team events, wellness initiatives, and company gatherings.
  • Support HR in handling employee concerns and guiding them on company policies.
  • Assist with conducting employee satisfaction surveys and compiling results.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting compliance reports as required by company or legal standards.
  • Help with maintaining compliance records and keeping the company up to date with changing regulations.

Performance Management & Training Support

  • Assist in coordinating performance review processes and track completion rates.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, including scheduling, communicating, and tracking completion.
  • Maintain records of training participation and certification as required.

General HR Support

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the HR department, such as preparing correspondence and managing HR supplies.
