The Roving HR Specialist will primarily support the recruitment function of the company by conducting field-based sourcing, initial screening, and coordination of applicants across various branches or business units. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and effective staffing by proactively identifying clients, facilitating end-to-end hiring processes, and supporting HR operations on-site as needed. The ideal is mobile, resourceful, and capable of adapting to different work environments while maintaining consistent HR practices in line with the company standard.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment; experience in volume or field recruitment is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
• Working Conditions: Mondays-Saturdays 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Willingness to travel and be assigned to different sites/branches as required.
