What you'll do

• Labor and Employee Relations which includes policy making
• Employee Engagement
• Compliances & Audits
• Compensation & Benefits – understanding of statutory compliances at least is required
• HRIS – exposure to data management, HR process improvements and innovations
• Financials – good understanding of budget management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3-5 years managerial experience in a BPO set-up as HR Manager

Work set-up: Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City ; willing to work on flexible schedules.
