QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
• CHRP is preferred
• Preferably with at least 5years of experience specializing in General Human Resources
• Must have extensive experience in payroll computations and preparation, recruitment and employee relations
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Tagalog
• Knowledgeable of Labor laws and Philippine Labor Code
• Must have advanced skills in MS Excel
• Must have three references that are reachable
• Must be highly organized and efficient
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must possess strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing or supervising a team
• Must have a high sense of integrity
• Must be flexible with working schedule
• Must be willing to work extended hours
• Willing to work on alternating Saturdays
• Willing to work in Parañaque/Merville, Pasay area
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops recruitment strategies and creates & analyzes metrics to fill-in all vacant positions with the right talent
• Review job advertisements prior to posting, and ensuring that the candidates have been properly screened and schedule has been properly coordinated with the interview teams prior to the face-to-face interview and assessment.
• Manage the on boarding and off-boarding process including the new hire orientation comprehensively with regards to company culture, policy and procedures, clearance, turn over and exit process.
• Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions if needed.
• Creates and implements engagement and retention programs through various employee relations activities to keep high performing talents and to manage attrition
• Handles HR related paperwork e.g. payroll, memos, personnel files (201).
• Implements and creates the Company policies and procedures regularly with proper series
• Responsible for mediating/conflict management.
• Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for complex employee inquiries and issues related to HR transactions.
• Will be a part of the leadership team who will create or help improve the policies, procedures and culture of the company.
• Works with Managers/department heads, guides them and provides advice on employee performance issues and concerns
• In-charge of disciplinary sanctions, employment renewals, termination, resignation clearance and exit interviews
• Supports in structuring and conducting quarterly performance evaluations for staff members
• Responsible for attendance monitoring; Prepares monthly, mid-year and end-year attendance reports, including summary of leaves, absences and suspensions.
• Files and updates SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and other related employee benefits
• Coordinates with government agencies regarding update on government policy concerning new government rules and regulations.
• Issues Certificate of Employment to resigned employees that have completed their clearance process.
• Submits supporting documents for clearance and release of final pay to Accounting Department.
• Responsible in the issuance of memos to employees who do not abide by the Code of Conduct
• Maintains company server organization
• Responsible in organizing and filing of all HR related documents (both digital and hard copies)
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized work environment.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.
• Handle facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance.
• Supports other departments with their tasks if necessary
• Performs all other necessary tasks that are admin and HR related
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday | compressed working time (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Salary Range:
Php 50,000- Php 70,000/month
