Graphic Designer (Remote)

Education: Associate degree or above
Salary Range: CNY 8,000 during probation; CNY 12,000 upon regularization; outstanding candidates up to CNY 15,000+; full-time only
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Visual Support
• Design brand visuals for game projects, including logos, key visuals, VI systems, and typography guidelines.
2. Promotional Material Design
• Create marketing assets such as posters, key visuals (KV), promotional images, splash screens, event banners, and social media graphics.
• Produce platform-specific assets compliant with guidelines for TikTok, Weibo, Douyin, etc.
3. In-Game and External Event Assets
• Design complementary visuals for in-game and external events, including event headers, reward icons, and pop-up graphics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure visual consistency and clarity.
• Optimize game UI illustrations, icons, backgrounds, and decorative elements.
• Provide static visual support for promotional videos (e.g., intros/outros, cover images, title designs).
• Assist with basic motion design and deliver adapted image assets.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with planning, marketing, and operations teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Respond swiftly to feedback and optimize designs to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, or related field (associate degree or above).
2. At least 1 year of graphic design experience in gaming or related industries (junior candidates may be considered).
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other mainstream design tools.
4. Strong aesthetic sense, composition, and color skills, with creative expression ability.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to perform under pressure.
6. Game design portfolio preferred.
