We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer Trainee to join our remote development team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build practical, hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development while working under the guidance of senior developers. The trainee will participate in real projects, structured learning sessions, and code reviews to develop industry-ready technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Support the implementation of user-facing features and server-side logic.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers in a fully remote environment.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
• Document technical processes, features, and learnings as required.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools.

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least one front-end framework or library (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java).
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
