Key Responsibilities

• Handle non-voice customer support (email, chat) for financial accounts.
• Assist with account inquiries, transactions, billing, and payment concerns.
• Provide accurate written responses following financial compliance and data privacy standards.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Identify and escalate fraud or complex issues as needed.
• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Open to Newbies, Career Shifters, and Tenured Agents
• Basic to good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and start immediately
