Job Description
Description
- Respond to customer emails within specified timeframes (usually 24-48 hours)
- Provide detailed, accurate, and professional email responses
- Research customer accounts and order history to resolve issues
- Handle billing inquiries, refund requests, and account modifications
- Create and maintain email templates for common inquiries
- Forward complex issues to specialized departments
- Track and monitor email queue metrics and response times
- Ensure all customer communications follow company tone and style guidelines
- Document customer feedback and recurring issues for improvement
- Collaborate with other support channels to ensure consistent service
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
- Maintain knowledge base articles and FAQ resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma minimum
- Exceptional written English skills with proper grammar and spelling
- Experience in customer service or email support roles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in email management systems and CRM software
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Research skills to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Time management skills to handle high email volumes
- Professional communication style
