Perform various tasks related to building, repairing, or demolishing structures.
Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
Load and unload building materials and distribute them to appropriate locations.
Follow blueprints, specifications, and instructions from supervisors.
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times on-site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in construction or willingness to learn.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment (e.g., drills, hammers, and saws).
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, if necessary.
