Description
- Conduct cost estimates and feasibility studies for construction projects.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide timely reports on financial status and project performance.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize costs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Business Planning, Software Testing, and Autodesk AutoCAD; knowledge of Quality Management and PMP; capable Project Manager and Leader.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, financial planning, and management of project resources.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits; may involve extended hours and travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, effective communicator, and teamwork-oriented.
