Web3 Product Manager

Job Description:

• Product Planning and Design:
• Lead and develop detailed plans for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallets, DeFi, etc.), encompassing functional features, user experience, underlying logic, etc.
• Draft clear and high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction flows, functional logic, and calculations, ensuring product design meets user needs and market trends.
• Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the dynamics in the Web3 product market, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, and regulatory policies.
• Perform comprehensive and thorough analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, and user feedback.
• Propose targeted product optimization strategies based on market analysis results, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, and enhancing user experience.
• Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market position.
• Project Management and Advancement:
• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, smooth operation, and excellent user experience without critical failures.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve issues and obstacles during project execution, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Adjust product strategies and features promptly based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimizing user experience.
• Team Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with team members to promote information sharing and teamwork, driving project progress together.
• Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with the overall company strategy.
• Other Duties:
• Actively comply with various arrangements from the company and Team Leader to facilitate the smooth operation of the team and the advancement of projects.

Job Requirements

1. Direct experience in the industry, familiar with the principles and differences between Uniswap V2/V3, knowledgeable about the product principles and order-splitting algorithms of aggregation trading platforms such as 1inch, and familiar with the product principles of leading cross-chain bridges like Stargate.

2. Over 3 years of experience as an Internet product manager, with more than 2 years of experience in the finance, securities, futures, or cryptocurrency trading industry. A degree in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields is preferred.

3. Experience with successful Web3 products, capable of product planning, operational coordination, and execution.

4. Active thinker with clear logical reasoning, able to articulate thoughts and insights clearly, and skilled at communicating with colleagues from other departments.

5. Proficient in mainstream product design tools, with a strong command of Axure, Office, Figma, and other software tools.

6. Familiarity with the finance, securities, and futures trading industries is preferred.
