Job Description
- Expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.
- Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
- Expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve the target set by the organization.
- The Agent reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- At least SHS graduate or any equivalent course / certificate
- Competent in oral and written communication, Computer Literate, Good Vision, Speed typing, Accurate reporting, Ability to work fast
