1. 3+ yrs crypto BD experience (DEX/trading)
2. 500+ industry contacts (CEXs/MMs/KOLs)
3. Basic trading analysis skills (Orderbook/Dune)
4. Understanding of livestream operations
5. Plus: Managed 10k+ community/Trading certs
