What is your mission?

  • Responsible for lead harvesting/mining
  • Develop, maintain and enrich leads of prospective clients/customers
  • Ensure leads are kept warm by contacting potential clients and set up meeting with Sales team

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • High school graduate
  • At least 2 years of BPO experience with 12 months of outbound sales or lead generation/ lead qualifying/ cold calling experience
  • Must have experience in lead generation/ lead qualifying/ cold calling for 24 months, if from a non-BPO industry
  • Flawless verbal communication skills in American English language
  • Ability to control the call
  • Effective probing skills by knowing the right questions to ask to understanding what the prospect needs
  • Active and attentive listening
  • Ability to engage customers and resolve issues
  • Ability to handle objections effectively
  • Account management experience is a plus
  • Can work in BGC, Taguig City
