Career Opportunity: Advertising Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to generate revenue by selling advertising solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, understand customer marketing needs, and recommend effective advertising strategies across appropriate media channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new advertising clients
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Present advertising products and solutions tailored to client goals
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and advertising packages
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support

Job Qualifications:

• Open to both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in BPO Sales (Advertising Sales, Hard Selling, Upselling, or Inbound/Outbound Sales) or 1 year of experience in BPO Marketing
• Familiarity with using social media and online advertising products is an advantage
• Technical or digital experience is an advantage
