- General Administrative Operations: Executing day-to-day tasks, completing SLAs, and monitoring requests.
- Workplace and Resource Management: Maintaining housekeeping of the assigned area, consolidating, and placing orders for office resources.
- Travel and Fleet Management: Processing approved travel requests and monitoring fleet maintenance.
- Account Payables: Processing payment requests and coordinating with vendors.
- Representation and Other Duties: Representing the department in meetings and conferences, and performing other assigned tasks.
